Together, these companies are announcing introducing three Microsoft Teams certified system packages—for small, medium, and large spaces—that combine the latest technologies with the most sought-after features for online conferencing.

To solve this problem, MAXHUB is pleased to announce that it has formed a partnership to bring together best-in-class components from industry leaders: Huddly, a manufacturer of high-quality, AI-powered video cameras, and Nureva, a provider of innovative audio-conferencing solutions. This collaboration enables organizations to access proven, high-quality solutions that work seamlessly together, delivering exceptional performance, ease of use, and scalability across diverse meeting spaces.

The package intended for small rooms (SKU: HuMaN-ConfKIT-S) includes the Huddly IQ 4K wide-angle conference camera with AI functionality, the MAXHUB BM35 Bluetooth Teleconference Speakerphone, and MAXHUB’s XCore Kit package consisting of a touch console and a Windows-based computer. This solution enables organizations to make the leap to Microsoft Teams Rooms Smart Spaces in BYOD scenarios, enhancing Teams-native audio and video experiences, while accommodating cost-balance needs. As a recommended add-on, a MAXHUB 4K Commercial Display, equipped with non-glare technology and conformal coating is optionally available.

For medium size rooms, the package identified as SKU: HuMaN-ConfKIT-M is available. For video camera functionality, this system includes the Huddly L1 6K conference camera with next-generation AI functionality, including industry-leading smart framing and advanced room analytics—with a USB adapter for easy plug-and-play setup. This is accompanied by the MAXHUB XCore Kit package consisting of a touch console and a Windows-based computer. For audio, the system includes the Nureva HDL310 B audio conferencing system, which includes position-based gain control, full-room mic pickup capability, and continuous autocalibration among its many features. For those requiring additional display capabilities, the MAXHUB UW Series 105-inch ultra-wide commercial display is an excellent option.

The system designed for large rooms (SKU: HuMaN-ConfKIT-L) includes the Huddly Crew 3 x L1 AI-directed multi-camera system with wall mounts. This camera setup captures participants from multiple angles, with real-time AI editing by Huddly Director. Meeting participants can choose between Speaker Mode to spotlight the person speaking or Collaboration Mode to foster engagement and interaction. For expanding into larger spaces, the Huddly L1 Add-On camera is available. For expanding into larger spaces, customers have the flexibility to scale up by adding Huddly L1 cameras, enabling setups with 4 or 5 cameras. The system includes the MAXHUB XCore Kit Pro, which includes an 11.6-inch touch screen control panel and a mini-PC with a 12th generation Intel Core i5 processor running Microsoft Teams Rooms. For audio, two Nureva HDL410 audio conferencing systems are included. Should it be necessary, MAXHUB’s UW Series 105-inch diagonal ultra-wide commercial display is recommended.
